Remote support readiness diagnosis
A structured remote session starts with the machine model, controller, current symptoms, alarm history, recent parameter changes and clear photos or video of the relevant equipment. This lets the technician separate a process-setting issue from a control, motion, source or auxiliary-system fault before recommending the next safe check.
- Collect the machine model, controller type, alarm codes and a concise description of the production symptom.
- Review photos or video of the control screen, cutting head, gas train, chiller and affected machine area.
- Confirm recent software, parameter, material or maintenance changes before guided troubleshooting begins.
