How do I choose the right laser power?
Learn how to choose fiber laser cutting machine power based on material, thickness, speed, and daily production requirements.
Choose laser power based on your main material, common thickness, required cutting speed, and daily production volume. If most daily work is below 5mm, 1kW-3kW is often practical. If most work is below 12mm, consider 3kW-6kW. For thicker plate and higher production, consider 6kW-20kW or higher after confirming the real cutting requirement.
